The Australian Junior Age Division Golf Championships 2025
Something different this year. The downloadable images are being hosted by GeoSnapShot, an international sports hosting company which covers local, national and international sports events. NO CHARGE to you to download any of your images from this site. Look out for the QR code at check-in or on the Facebook page, or click this link https://geosnapshot.com/library?eventId=35841
Some photos will be posted daily on the event Facebook page.
I will be posting more than twice as many images as last year which might mean a much longer post-production process than in previous years, as I am correcting each image so that you can get a good print or digital file. I am thinking it might be the middle of next week before I can complete all age divisions. As I complete them the gallery will notify you, if you have registered with them, that an album is now complete. Also if you are registered you will be notified when fresh images have been posted.
You can upload a selfie to the website so that its facial recognition software can assist you in finding the images you want. My suggestion would be to take a selfie wearing there same hat and shirt as used on your group’s photo day. Being gold, the face may be in shadow or mostly covered by a peak of a cap.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD:
Follow the on screen prompts. When you see the larger version of the thumbnail it will prompt you to download and it will say Free of Charge, plus there is no restriction on how many you download. Although this larger version might have a GeoSnapShot watermark across the image this will not appear on the downloadable version. It is just a feature of the overall web software which mostly caters for paid downloads.
SEQUENCES
Sequences are a series of images that when combined show a swing sequence. There might be 6 or more images in the sequence. Last year I did prints for families up to 1 metre wide and around 30cm tall.
If you have the software, you can do these yourself this year. If not, there is no charge for the of digital files making up the sequence and a $75 post-production fee to assemble the final sequence image for printing. You can select to buy the digital file at this stage and arrange for your own printing or I can do the print for you, the fee will depend on the size of the print and a postage fee. The average price for the finished product would be about $100.
